This condominium renovation reimagines a high-rise residence with a relaxed coastal character inspired by its waterfront setting. Natural materials, custom millwork, and a light, beach-inspired palette create a seamless connection between the interior and expansive ocean views. The redesign improves spatial flow, enhances storage, and introduces refined living spaces tailored to contemporary residential life.
