Sullivan Sundries is a neighborhood retail destination designed to serve the local community while contributing to the character of Jeffersonville’s historic Main Street. The project balances contemporary functionality with small-town charm, creating an inviting and flexible environment for shopping, gathering, and everyday use. Thoughtful material selections and careful attention to detail support a welcoming customer experience while reinforcing the business’s connection to the local community.


Scope:
Architectural design, project management, construction documentation, consultant and subcontractor coordination, permitting, and agency approvals.

amw-works:
Led the project from design through permitting, developing the full construction document set, managing consultants and subcontractors, coordinating approvals with local agencies, and overseeing project delivery throughout the design and construction process.
